About us - MOVE THE BRAIN

About us

MOVE THE BRAIN originated as the initiative of twin sisters Rianne Schorel and Nanja Schorel. Driven by their own personal experience and Nanja her 18 years of medical experience , they wanted to make the impossible possible and help others who have also shared the painful experiences that follow after a head injury. They dream of helping others that are in the same position they’ve been in and sharing how they overcame the struggle of recovery.

Nanja suffered from severe burnout twelve years ago and while playing football for ADO Den Haag back in 2008, Rianne sustained an injury to her head. Suffering from both a concussion and whiplash, Rianne had a long road to recovery in front of her. Thanks to the continued support of her sister Nanja, she was able to meet the challenges she encountered on her road to recovery. After years of struggle, Rianne completely recovered and she was able to start a new chapter in her life.

Founding MOVE THE BRAIN is all about being able to help others who suffer from burnout and traumatic brain injuries to achieve a quick recovery.

Through a mix of innovation, research-oriented solutions and solid expertise, MOVE THE BRAIN offers a wide range of training courses to help you. The training programs at the MOVE THE BRAIN center provide a solution for the various complications that result from brain injuries.
